I grew up not being the biggest fan of brussel sprouts. I hated the smell when my mom was cooking them. The taste and texture left little to be desirable. Until now, it is a super easy recipe and requires no formal measuring, just add all ingredients to your personal liking.
Brussel Sprouts- washed and halved, olive oil, kosher salt, ground black pepper and balsamic vinegar. Mix the raw sprouts in a bowl with oil, salt and pepper to coat. Then pour the brussels in a large frying pan to cover and cook over medium heat. Add balsamic to taste and cook to preferred tenderness. That’s all!
Yummy sprouts even your pickiest may eat.
